Timing is part of the craft
You can't control whether a clip blows up, but you can post when the people you're trying to reach are actually online. For Arabic audiences, that's a real edge.
When Arabic audiences are active
Audiences across the GCC, Egypt, and the Levant tend to be most active in the evening — after work and after the evening meal — and late into the night. Weekends shift depending on the country (Friday–Saturday in most of the Gulf and Egypt, Saturday–Sunday elsewhere).
Per platform
- TikTok / Reels — evening scrolls are the big window; a strong hook in the first second matters most.
- YouTube Shorts — benefits from evening and post-iftar / late-night watching.
- X — news-adjacent clips move during the day, but entertainment clips still peak in the evening.
How to use this without gaming it
Post when your audience is awake. Don't repost the same clip ten times an hour — that looks like spam and gets removed during verification. One good, well-timed post beats a flood of weak ones.
The honest part
Timing helps reach; it doesn't guarantee views. Every view still has to be real and verified before it counts.
